Gary Louis Stuart, 68, of Independence, KY, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. Gary retired as a Claims Agent with the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board with over 20 years of service. He was a devoted family man who enjoyed fishing, traveling and photography. Gary was preceded in death by his parents Patrick and Carol Stuart. He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years: Glenna Toney Stuart; sons: Ian H. (fiancee: Carla Barnett) Stuart and David E. (Mara) Stuart; sister: Sue (Dr. John) Clement; brother: Patrick Stuart; grandchildren: Logan N. Stuart, Connor G. Stuart and Kiernan E. Stuart and several nieces and nephews.
