If you are a Spectrum or Time Warner Cable customer and use the ***.rr.com email, you are most likely NOT receiving notifications from the class website.  Notifications are sent when a page has been updated or a global email is sent from the web administrator.  

If you don't care about the notifications, then you don't have to do anything.  You can continue to use your  rr.com email as your username.

However, if you do want to receive these notifications,  you have two options.

• Use an alternate email as your username.  Log in using your rr.com email, go to your profile page and edit your username to reflect your new email address.

OR...

• Follow the instructions below to allow the website's domain to pass through Road Runner's email program.  

Here are the Steps to Add Classcreator.com as a Safe Sender

1. Open your Road Runner mailbox.
2. Open your Junk Mail folder.
3. Select the email that includes the e-mail address you would like to add as a safe sender. 
4. Click "Mark as Not Spam".
